Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
